New high rank publication in Nature Nanotechnology

We are pleased to anounce a new publication in Nature Nanotechnology titeled "Expansion-enhanced super-resolution radial fluctuations enable nanoscale molecular profiling of pathology specimens" by Dominik Kylies and Victor Puelles (project A9).

Kylies and Puelles give a detailled report on expansion-enhanced super resolution radial fluctuations (ExSRRF) as a simple yet powerful workflow for providing a resolution of up to 25 nm using LED-based widefield microscopy. Beside enableing molecular profiling of subcellular structures in FFPE sections, Kylies and Puelles showed a potential application in clinical pathology by identifying and quantifying classical features of endoplasmic reticulum stress in murine model as well as diagnositc ultrastructural features in human kidney biopsies.
